Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up mechanical test stand setups and complete hydraulic test processes for pump, valves, hose assemblies, couplings, and environmental chamber testing as specified by standards.
  • •Operate and maintain hydraulic test equipment, including designing and building test circuits and implementing new standards or test requirements.
  • •Analyze test data using LabVIEW/DIAdem and troubleshoot test rig issues; propose corrective actions based on fault identification.
  • •Standardize test procedures and drive continuous improvement and digitalization in the lab using EBE processes (DMAIC/Lean) and best practices.
  • •Provide technical leadership to test lab technicians, perform quality checks, review/approve test requests, and ensure a safe, clean lab environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive engineering with 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Strong technical depth in hydraulic systems and equipment development lifecycle, including pump testing and pump assembly/disassembly.
  • •Knowledge of vibration testing and ability to lead fixture design, test procedure development, and technical governance.
  • •Experience troubleshooting product and test-rig issues with data analysis and understanding of data acquisition systems (hardware and software).
  • •Ability to design test circuits, build test rigs, and articulate technical reports; experience training and monitoring technicians.
