Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for PLA, RCSA, and the risk identification/inventory process.
  • •Connect assessment insights across broader risk programs to support a holistic view of enterprise risk exposure.
  • •Drive end-to-end strategy and transformation of assessment programs, partnering to build AI/ML-enabled continuous insights.
  • •Question legacy methodologies, remove bottlenecks, and architect practical, high-impact, data-driven solutions.
  • •Advise and collaborate with risk communities and second-line partners, including internal audit and regulatory bodies, and prepare executive reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management or Financial Services.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading and developing teams in a direct people management capacity.
  • •At least 5 years of experience managing programs, process improvement, or strategic transformation initiatives.
  • •At least 5 years of experience interacting with, consulting, and influencing business partners and executive stakeholders.
