•Research and identify influencers that align with target audience and campaign goals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
•Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and campaign budgets.
•Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
•Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat.
•Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
