Key Responsibilities

  • •Support financial accountants with core financial accounting tasks for UK and Ireland entities, including financial controls and reporting.
  • •Perform bank reconciliations and month-end reconciliations, including preparing month-end journals and accounting adjustments.
  • •Calculate, process, and analyze journals to support accounting changes and reporting on expenses and benefits for the annual PSA.
  • •Support cashflow tracking to aid dividend and loan decisioning.
  • •Assist with project work and deliver presentations on financial results.

Key Requirements

  • •Right to work in the UK with current legal authorisation to work immediately; Boeing does not sponsor employment visas for this role.
  • •Working towards a finance-related degree with an estimated grade of 2:1 or above (preferred).
  • •Ambition to study for a professional qualification such as CIMA or ACCA (preferred).
  • •Proactive approach with an ambition to learn and develop during the 12-month internship (preferred).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, with confidence presenting data to senior team members.
