Job Summary

Join the Quality & Product Assurance Team to ensure aircraft product conformity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction across the full life-cycle. Serve as the primary focal point between internal teams, civil/military authorities, and external customers. Own quality assurance and flight permit interactions, support change control and configuration baselines, track as-built vs approved data through tests and delivery, and strengthen prevention via KPIs, NCR analysis, and root-cause recurrence actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main focal point within the Quality organization to safeguard conformity and manage feedback for continuous satisfaction.
•Manage relationships with civil/military authorities, ensuring approvals (DOA, POA, MOA), on-site quality assurance, and flight permit issuance.
•Support the change control process and configuration baseline evolution, including product breakdown structure changes.
•Ensure product delivery and lifecycle tracking by comparing as-built vs design-approved data through assembly, tests, delivery, and maintenance.
•Strengthen prevention and surveillance by defining/monitoring KPIs, analyzing NCRs, performing root cause analysis, and deploying recurrence prevention actions.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
•Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Configuration Management within aerospace or defense.
•Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is highly valued.
•In-depth knowledge of aeronautical organizational approvals (DOA, POA, MOA), QMS, root cause analysis/NCR management, and configuration control processes.
•Strong communication skills across cross-functional departments with a customer-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
