Job Summary

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for an aerospace organization, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire technical talent. Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree in a related discipline such as Business Administration or Psychology, or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles.
•Minimum 1 year managing recruiting or HR systems including Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Smart Recruiters.
•Advanced English.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
