Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess patient safety concerns and intervene to ensure a safe environment, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • •Provide expert comprehensive direct and indirect care tailored to patient needs and perform advanced assessment using appropriate data sources.
  • •Evaluate and improve patient care delivery within the unit, including supporting patient flow, discharge planning, and team rounding.
  • •Serve as a clinical and operational resource for nursing activities; assist co-workers, new staff, temporary staff, and students.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support staff development; contribute to performance evaluations and delegate/assign tasks within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience (required).
  • •5+ years of experience as a Charge Nurse.
  • •1+ year in GCC (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards (QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework) to comply with requirements, including Joint Commission International and Plan of Care.
