Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions accurately while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records.
  • •Deliver superior client service by engaging customers and performing complex and standardized transactions as needed.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, identifying client needs/opportunities, and routing clients to specialists or branch teams.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance; handle new account opening and problem resolution as a secondary contact.
