Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement a practical OT and IT governance framework across RTAL.
  • •Establish decision rights, materiality thresholds, escalation pathways, and governance controls for technology investments, architecture, and demand management.
  • •Develop governance tools, playbooks, reporting, templates, and decision-making frameworks to support consistent practices across the product group.
  • •Collaborate with regional technology teams and business stakeholders to align governance processes and operating rhythms.
  • •Monitor and report on governance adoption, technology risks, control effectiveness, and performance outcomes, and provide leaders with visibility on material technology decisions, investments, and dependencies.
