Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the company’s metrics and definitions (e.g., GTV, take rate, collection rate, clinician retention, time-to-first-session, credentialing throughput).
  • •Run the operating rhythm: cascade goals to teams, manage weekly metrics reviews, and lead exec meeting decision follow-through.
  • •Take ownership of CEO-critical workstreams including board/investor materials, diligence workstreams, financing support, and outside counsel/vendor coordination.
  • •Unblock credentialing and payer enrollment bottlenecks by instrumenting seams between credentialing, contracting, RCM, and clinical ops.
  • •Lead hard one-offs such as multi-state entry analysis, multi-state corporate structure and regulatory compliance work, and build-vs-buy/system migration decisions.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years in a rigorous, fast-moving role (consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup operating role), with outcomes ownership.
  • •Exceptionally strong written communication, including writing decks or memos that change minds.
  • •Strong analytical ability to build models from scratch and validate assumptions.
  • •Operate with minimal direction, completing undefined work independently and clearly articulating assumptions.
