Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior local auction leadership to support business goals, initiatives, and customer and team engagement.
  • •Strategically prioritize and drive key business initiatives across the region in partnership with other teams.
  • •Participate in development and implementation of strategic plans, goals, and objectives for regional operations.
  • •Advise senior leaders by gathering and analyzing business, financial, and operational information from the region.
  • •Mentor and hold General Managers accountable through coaching, leadership development, and performance management; execute succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.

  • •Must live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone or be open to relocating within one of these time zones.
  • •Knowledge of key operations principles like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is beneficial.
