Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition through purchase order creation, ensuring cost-effective acquisitions and compliance with company policies. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors using TCO-based quote analysis, maintain vendor records and procurement documentation, and support invoice reconciliation with Accounts Payable. Monitor procurement budgets through spend analysis, generate procurement reports/KPIs, and assist with contract reviews and renewals.
