Key Responsibilities

•Actively coach, develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers
•Represent the interests of Entertainment internally by promoting sales narratives and initiatives that align with client needs
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Enablement, Measurement, Insights, Creative Strategy to advocate for the needs of your team and clients
•Craft and execute a strategy that will enable your team to exceed revenue targets for their book of business
•Develop a deep understanding of Reddit’s advertising platform to unlock enhancements and revenue potential

Key Requirements
