Sales Support Team Lead

Coach, train, and lead a team of mortgage support staff (including Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants and Loan Support Specialists) to provide sales and marketing support to assigned MLOs. Own day-to-day workflow and loan file setup coverage, monitor application-to-pipeline performance for SLA compliance, ensure sales file quality and timeliness, and support fulfillment through document follow-up and quality/post-closing review. May serve as an individual contributor or coach as needed.
