Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive deep, lasting adoption of Devin and own outcomes beyond onboarding.
  • •Architect and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product to identify high-leverage opportunities.
  • •Lead interactive programs such as live workshops and pair programming sessions for applied AI fluency.
  • •Guide customers through installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin and associated tools (DeepWiki, MCP integrations).
  • •Quantify impact with productivity metrics and ROI stories, and scale field learnings into playbooks and enablement materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •3+ years as a software engineer, technical consultant, deployment strategist, forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or similar, with strong coding proficiency (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).
  • •Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • •Proven track record of driving technical adoption and measurable impact inside engineering organizations.
  • •Strong commercial instincts and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
