Senior Cost Manager/Associate - Data Centres / Retail / Education / Defense

Manage cost planning and procurement for data centre, retail, education and defense projects. Lead cost management activities, produce feasibility studies and final cost plans, oversee tendering and procurement, manage post‑contract cost variances, and deliver timely cost checks and valuations while developing knowledge management and pursuing new business opportunities.
