Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end annual budgeting, medium-term forecasting, and 5-year business planning aligned with corporate strategy.
  • •Enhance enterprise management reporting and KPI dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) for EXCO, Board, and regulators.
  • •Establish best-in-class forecasting models using scenario planning, sensitivities, and stress testing; provide decision support for major investments and cost optimization.
  • •Ensure financial governance, data integrity, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements; act as a primary interface for auditors and regulators.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the financial planning and reporting team; embed best-practice planning and performance management standards using advanced analytics and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • •Mandatory professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
  • •12–15 years of progressive experience in financial planning, management reporting, or corporate finance.
  • •Proven experience supporting EXCO-level decision-making and leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • •Strong people leadership experience managing and developing medium-level finance professionals, plus advanced modelling and forecasting skills.
