Key Responsibilities

  • •30 Day: Ramp on the StreamModule pipeline and the cork/uncork backpressure model; review Oct 15/22 incidents and land a scoped pipeline or provider-abstraction improvement.
  • •60 Day: Own a slice of BullMQ → Kafka consolidation; ship event-driven instrumentation for at least one pipeline stage; harden one provider plugin path for easy model addition.
  • •90 Day: Drive a measurable reliability or latency win on the call path and serve as the backend owner for design reviews on new providers and pipeline changes.
  • •Collaborate across teams to consolidate and improve the streaming stack, ensuring low-latency, high-availability calls across the pipeline.
  • •Define and implement provider abstractions (LLM, STT, TTS) that decouple model integrations from core codebase.
