Job Summary

Own IT governance and operational control across ICP’s technology estate, ensuring the environment is secure, well-documented, auditable, and operationally resilient. Support ISO 27001 post-certification activities, evidence collection, and surveillance readiness. Coordinate Microsoft Purview/eDiscovery and Microsoft 365/Azure security governance metrics. Drive auditable change and risk management, maintain runbooks and architecture records, and ensure projects transition smoothly into BAU support.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and enhance IT governance processes, including clear service ownership, support models, escalation pathways, and operational reporting.
•Continuously improve technical documentation such as architecture records, runbooks, SOPs, and project handover materials for operational resilience and knowledge retention.
•Support ISO 27001 ISMS management, coordinating evidence collection, control ownership, audit readiness, surveillance activities, and continual improvement.
•Coordinate Microsoft Purview and eDiscovery activities, including SAR support, evidence collection, audit trails, and secure handling of sensitive information.
•Manage change and IT risk/control documentation, ensuring high-risk changes are approved and supported by auditable evidence, and drive risk/incident follow-up and supplier assurance.

Key Requirements

•Experience in IT operations, technical governance, service management, or technology leadership.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
•Experience with ISO 27001, audit evidence, IT risk management, compliance, and change control.
•Strong documentation skills with stakeholder management and business communication.
•Ability to translate technical risk and control requirements into clear business language.
