Key Responsibilities

  • •Clarify business or customer needs through investigation, analysis, review, and documentation to ensure appropriate solutions.
  • •Collaborate with business, engineering, and IT teams to identify challenges/opportunities and analyze current processes for improvement.
  • •Manage stakeholders with expectation and prioritisation management, mapping requirements to stakeholder needs.
  • •Conduct process analysis and gap analysis, leading requirements and use case elicitation with traceability and quality.
  • •Perform solution option analysis (feasibility, risks, impacts, value), support testing inputs, and facilitate workshops across digital/data/cyber teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital and technology initiatives.
  • •Strong experience in business case development, requirements engineering, process modelling, and benefits management.
  • •Demonstrated capability working across complex stakeholder environments.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise systems, digital platforms, data initiatives, or cyber-related projects.
  • •Hold defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain a Baseline clearance.
