Job Summary

Drive HR strategy and talent initiatives for the Advanced Packaging business, aligning organizational culture and workforce planning with business priorities. Diagnose needs, lead organizational and talent assessments, and build talent pipelines to strengthen capability. Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement efforts, while partnering with executive leadership and HR COEs/HR Ops. Leverage Workday and workforce analytics and support M&A diligence from an HR perspective.

•Proactively shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities aligned to business needs and culture.
•Optimize business performance by diagnosing needs and executing HR strategy at BU/Function leadership level.
•Balance enterprise-wide and business-unit needs with local requirements.
•Actively partner, coach, and develop executive leadership and management.
•Support HR initiatives including analytics with HR tools and participation in M&A diligence from the HR perspective.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 154,000 - 212,000

•Conduct organizational and talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipelines to build workforce capability (selection, assessment, development, succession).
•Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies within the BU/Function.
•Partner, coach, and develop executive leadership and management across coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
•Leverage HR tools and systems (e.g., Workforce Dashboard, Workday) to perform analytics supporting business strategy.
