  • •Proactively shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities aligned to business needs and culture.
  • •Optimize business performance by diagnosing needs and executing HR strategy at BU/Function leadership level.
  • •Balance enterprise-wide and business-unit needs with local requirements.
  • •Actively partner, coach, and develop executive leadership and management.
  • •Support HR initiatives including analytics with HR tools and participation in M&A diligence from the HR perspective.
