Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the tribe’s product target architecture and support squads in creating the architectural product roadmap based on group architecture standards.
  • •Synchronize architectural solutions across squads and resolve architectural differences and dependencies within the tribe.
  • •Define measurable non-functional requirements for the tribe solution architecture, including performance, scalability, resilience, security, and observability.
  • •Architect APIs and integration patterns within the BMP API Ecosystem to ensure interoperability and reusability across operating entities.
  • •Keep architecture documentation current in architecture master tools and manage temporary solutions and technical debt to improve system health.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8–12 years of overall IT experience with substantial hands-on solution architecture experience for large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • •Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and API-first architectures.
  • •Strong understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and its application to enterprise platforms.
  • •Experience defining non-functional requirements and working within Agile/SAFe frameworks, including PI Planning.
