Key Responsibilities

•Take part in risk analytics and incident reporting to ensure operational safety of our business.
•Support in implementing platform worker and goods protection programme.
•Design worker's claim workflow for markets with relevant laws.
•Prepare business requirement documents and ISO related documents.
•Support ad-hoc initiatives, e.g. crisis management and de-escalation; Coordinating with other functions and cities, and external agencies.

Key Requirements

•A recognized bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
•At least 2 years of working experience.
•Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
•Experience in managing high turnover and daily waged workforce.
•Ability to conduct predictive performance analytics.
