Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical owner for system-level performance, including print quality, reliability, and production robustness.
  • •Lead hands-on troubleshooting on industrial web presses to diagnose complex print defects and implement corrective actions.
  • •Design and execute on-press experiments (DOEs) to isolate root causes, quantify sensitivities, and evolve characterization methods.
  • •Define and validate test strategies, system requirements, performance targets, and system-level metrics.
  • •Lead system-level execution of NPI programs from concept through qualification and release, including risk and milestone mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience (preferably in inkjet writing systems or related field) or advanced degree with 3-5 years experience.
  • •Extensive hands-on engineering experience with system integration and troubleshooting of complex products.
