•Own root-cause analysis and resolution for critical incidents and complex order-flow issues.
•Design and implement hotfixes and enhancements (up to 100 hours/month).
•Review code, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.
•Collaborate with SDM on governance and KPI reporting, and participate in release planning/CAB meetings.
•Cross-train team members on Hybris, Java, and GraphQL integrations while ensuring compliance with PCI and ADA/security standards.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience, with 2+ years of technical leadership.
•Expertise in SAP Hybris modules including payment integrations, order management, cart/checkout, and the promotion engine.
•Strong Java/J2EE and Spring MVC experience, plus OCC APIs and SAP ECC/S4 integration experience.
•Ability to perform performance tuning and troubleshoot complex Hybris issues.
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing frameworks, and GraphQL for API-driven integrations.
