Key Requirements

  • •3+ years delivering against timelines in direct client/customer implementation, project coordination, or support roles.
  • •3+ years gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting solution implementation or operational process changes.
  • •Experience with financial institution branch front-end functions and processes (e.g., teller, new account, ATM, bank operations, item processing).
  • •Ability to assess business needs, analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations in written and verbal formats.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
