Universal Banker Part Time 20 hrs North County *Saturday Required*

Provide timely, accurate client transaction support while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support sales activities through outbound calling, and participate in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to match customers with the right products and services. Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
