Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, triage, and reproduce CMD/CDE defects reported by customers, Delivery, or Support teams.
  • •Perform functional and technical investigation using API calls, logs, monitoring tools, and system traces.
  • •Validate fix proposals and coordinate retests with global engineering teams.
  • •Ensure timely response and prioritization of issues impacting customers in North and South America.
  • •Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QAEs, and functional experts across global sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing

  • •Understanding of distributed systems and backend flows; basic SQL proficiency
  • •Familiarity with test frameworks (Robot Framework, Python, Java) and monitoring/automation tools like Jenkins, Git, Splunk
