Key Responsibilities

  • •Design IP infrastructure for multi-site data centers.
  • •Develop GRX/IPX interconnectivity and global PoP structure for mobile partner network access.
  • •Define WAN network strategy and lead realization of LAN/WAN networks and configurations (DRAs, GTPs, GGSN/PGW, SBC, FW, routers).
  • •Integrate direct and sponsored roaming agreements and support roaming-related operations.
  • •Trace signaling and user plane transport to debug issues; act as a primary interface between Core Network and Platform/Network Operations teams and technology partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 59,600 - 85,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree in engineering or telecommunications or equivalent experience.
  • •3–5 years minimum relevant experience in the telecom core field.
  • •3+ years experience with network elements including packet gateway components (GGSN/PGW/DPI), diameter routing and GTP, and GRX, plus direct and sponsored roaming (HLR/HSS).
  • •3+ years experience with protocols including Sigtran (MAP, CAP), Diameter (Ro, Gx, Gy, Gn, Gi), REST API, and BGP.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; IREG testing experience is preferred; international working experience is ideal.
