Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as lead engineer for a project or projects.
  • •Deliver electronic security systems engineering (implementation, integration, and documentation).
  • •Manage delivery of project engineering requirements within budget, scope, and schedule.
  • •Provide technical direction and support, including planning/scheduling and quality assurance.
  • •Ensure designs are compliant with requirement metrics and applicable Australia and international standards, while maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronic security.
  • •Expertise in electronic security systems engineering (hardware and software).
  • •Experience with security applications including CCTV, access control, intruder detection, intercom systems, and integration platforms.
  • •Registered or pursuing professional engineer in QLD, with strong communication and ability to work independently under complexity and pressure.
