Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution, aligning solutions to customer goals.
  • •Evaluate HVAC and related systems to identify operational risks, deferred maintenance, lifecycle opportunities, and capital improvement needs.
  • •Partner with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions (e.g., HVAC modernization, building automation and controls, electrification, energy efficiency, resilience and renewable energy).
  • •Build business cases by assessing lifecycle costs, funding strategies, energy performance, operational impact, and ROI; quantify utility rebates and support broader value beyond energy savings.
  • •Serve as technical subject matter expert for customer presentations/design reviews, manage project team and external resources, and ensure smooth transitions with pre-construction and project management.

Key Requirements

  • •Subject matter expert in mechanical HVAC systems with basic knowledge of energy, building design, estimating, and construction.
  • •Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Engineering Technology (or equivalent combination of education and work experience).
  • •Ability to evaluate mechanical, electrical, and building systems to identify risks, deferred maintenance, lifecycle opportunities, and capital improvement needs.
  • •Knowledge of codes and standards to guide and confirm compliance of project solutions.
