Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct $100M+ annual lease spend, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership and rigorous ROI analysis.
  • •Build an AI-led real estate management strategy using Snowflake’s AI and compute capabilities and in-house features built on Snowflake Cortex to streamline lease administration and automate workflows.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners and outside brokers to ensure leases are in good standing and coordinate new leasing activity.
  • •Own operational financial integrity by overseeing disbursement processing and maintaining data hygiene via invoice abstraction; ensure a 100% non-default lease portfolio.
  • •Lead contractual governance by reviewing LOIs, lease agreements, and power contracts; maintain insurance coverage and process insurance claims.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 236,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development or construction, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a global, multi-regional, or highly complex portfolio.
  • •Extensive financial modeling expertise.
  • •Proven familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, lease abstraction, payment oversight, auditing, and financial reconciliation within a large-scale global portfolio.
  • •Working understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and their correlations and impacts.
  • •A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field.
