Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers at the Horizon sales center, welcoming customers, learning their needs, and sharing product knowledge. Recommend solutions, upsell relevant options, prepare sales orders, and assist with selecting and loading merchandise. Make follow-up calls to drive additional business, resolve complaints professionally, and help keep the sales center clean, organized, and well-stocked while supporting receiving and shipping duties.
