Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and define manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancement programs using DFM/DFA, FMEA, 3P, 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • •Lead capital planning activities including CER creations/approvals, capital project timing and implementation, and plant VA/VE savings.
  • •Ensure equipment meets OSHA compliant safety regulations.
  • •Drive engineering discipline through mentoring, training, and project reviews including PFMEA, APQP, DCP, Lean tools, and simultaneous engineering.
  • •Manage, develop, and improve manufacturing standards such as machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling/fixture records, routings, and cycle times.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
