Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the implementation plan and oversee the full project lifecycle from functional/technical design to deployment.
  • •Organize, coach, and guide a team of Business Analysts (configuration & development).
  • •Monitor and communicate progress on timelines, quality, and budget to stakeholders.
  • •Track and challenge budget estimates and actuals; define workloads, manage backlogs, and prioritize tasks.
  • •Represent Odoo in steering/project committee meetings as the primary client liaison and ensure decisions are documented and followed through.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing IT/business consultancy or implementation projects for corporate or mid-market clients.
  • •Strong analytical skills to perform pre-sales analysis and functional advisory to recommend an ERP solution.
  • •Ability to design and implement functional/technical project solutions and oversee the full project lifecycle.
  • •Experience coordinating teams (Business Analysts and Developers) and managing timelines, quality, and budget.
  • •Comfort presenting project progress in steering or project committee meetings and documenting decisions.
