•Build and recruit a remote BD team (20-25), defining role expectations, hiring criteria, and remote onboarding protocols.
•Establish a high-performance remote operating model with daily performance tracking and fast corrective actions.
•Design, implement, and enforce a standardized inbound lead BD process from outreach qualification through pitch, negotiation, and seller onboarding.
•Track core KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, pitch-to-close, onboarding cycle time) and run regular performance reviews to identify gaps and root causes.
•Prepare performance reports for senior leadership and execute targeted optimization solutions (process tweaks, workshops, or tool integrations) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of remote team leadership experience in a B2B environment with strong business development (BD) experience.
•Track record of building and scaling remote BD teams to drive consistent revenue growth from inbound leads.
•Expertise designing and optimizing end-to-end BD processes that are repeatable and scalable.
•Ability to motivate, engage, and hold a distributed team accountable while sustaining morale and productivity remotely.
•Professional fluency in French (with English proficiency) to support French-market content proofreading and stakeholder collaboration.
