Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure processes comply with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets (e.g., accuracy, RCA, and appeal success rates).
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA to identify error patterns and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and standards.
  • •Provide expert judgment for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases; interpret safety guidelines and validate “golden sets” to improve enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage/resolve unprecedented edge cases with speed and accuracy.
  • •Utilize QA dashboards, RCA tools, and AI to generate weekly and monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps; lead or support training rollouts for policy and guideline updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience conducting analytical audits and tracking quality/performance targets while maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operations environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates without slowing moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs, with the judgment to handle complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills to lead calibration sessions and deliver training in support of global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in data visualization and reporting, including using QA/calibration tools; Malay fluency required and English fluency required.
