Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver renewable energy advisory and technical due diligence assignments for utility-scale wind across all project phases.
  • •Review and assess wind project technical scope—wind resource measurement, wind data analysis, energy yield, turbine layouts, micrositing, wake loss, and plant performance optimization.
  • •Review civil/electrical/balance-of-plant designs (foundations, collector systems, substations, grid connection infrastructure) and support design improvements.
  • •Conduct technical, operational, contractual, and commercial risk assessments; provide independent recommendations to developers, lenders, investors, and asset owners.
  • •Support construction/commissioning and operations via site visits and supervision, and optimize long-term asset performance through performance analysis and root-cause/corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Eng or BTech Engineering (EEE, Mech, or ECE).
  • •3-6 years of wind technology experience; solar PV and/or BESS experience is advantageous.
  • •In-depth expertise in wind turbine technologies, including emerging technologies in the international renewable energy market.
  • •Technical advisory experience for investors, project developers, and banks, including wind applications for utility-scale projects.
  • •ECSA registration (or country equivalent) and strong capability to communicate and produce technical reports.
