Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as senior architect for ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM/ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph capabilities.
  • •Assess current vs. target-state CMDB/CSDM maturity and develop roadmaps to improve data quality, structure, and reliability.
  • •Define CI standards, service-modeling patterns, governance guardrails, and data ownership/stewardship practices.
  • •Oversee Discovery configuration, credential management, and data reconciliation rules; improve completeness, correctness, and compliance of CMDB data.
  • •Design and integrate service/application relationship models and Service Mapping strategies, and conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with platform and enterprise standards.
