Project Controls Consultant

Manage and deliver project and programme controls for infrastructure clients, focusing on actuals, forecasts, budgets, and earned value reporting. Build and maintain detailed cost plans, baseline budgets, and progress reporting in line with AECOM standards and contract requirements. Prepare estimates and budgets, administer change control impacts to scope and schedules, and coordinate project control data across teams to support confident decisions.
