Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and support a great customer experience by handling receiving and secure transfers, performing lot maintenance and merchandising, and ensuring vehicles are ready for customer returns, loaners, and photo listings. Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support, while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute the photo station process for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on/off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.71 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
•Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors; flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.
