Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure professional, efficient teller operations and compliance with policies, standards, and security procedures.
  • •Coordinate teller workflow and assist with complex transactions and sensitive customer situations.
  • •Investigate and resolve teller out-of-balance conditions; ensure each teller balances daily and monies are secured properly.
