Advise on production-related legal matters for content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements while improving contract templates and workflows. Identify legal risks, research issues, and provide clear guidance across multiple jurisdictions. Manage legal projects and contract workflows, support compliance (including IP, data privacy, and regulatory topics), and help with incident management and dispute resolution.

•Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements.
•Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks, designing mitigation strategies, and helping ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives across jurisdictions.
•Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
•Manage legal projects and contract workflows; maintain legal databases and support internal compliance including IP, data privacy, and regulatory matters.
•Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts with litigation specialists; prepare templates, guides, and training materials for the Legal Department.

•Native or bilingual English is required; additional languages are a plus.
•Able to prioritize resources and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
