Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and direct major plant functions, including manufacturing execution across product, planning, quality, sanitation, maintenance, purchasing, safety, shipping/receiving, and materials controls.
  • •Execute annual operating budget & ZBB with corporate offices and plant management; review labor standards and oversee preparation of operational schedules.
  • •Guide department managers in labor usage strategies and resource utilization based on production demands and deadlines.
  • •Oversee continuous improvement and safety projects, including initiatives to reduce labor, waste, indirect costs, and improve manufacturing variances.
  • •Partner with HR, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and R&D to develop policies, reduce equipment downtime, support new products/processes, and implement strategies based on downtime data.
