Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate NC/CNC and conventional machines in casting cells to perform turning, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, threading, forming, milling, and deburring operations.
  • •Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, machining blueprints, and operation data to maintain tolerances and correct discrepancies.
  • •Load/unload parts, change collets/chucks, set tools and manual data inputs, and initiate/verify accurate tool settings.
  • •Perform first-piece checks, periodic gauging, and visual inspections for appearance and compliance; assist in correcting variations.
  • •Maintain flow by replenishing materials and removing finished work; perform washing/assembly/packing/labeling as required and support TPM/5S and safety regulations.
