Job Summary

Lead retail efforts to deliver a luxury client experience, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service. Own personal and store KPI performance, conversion and client data capture, and demonstrate initiative in planning, prioritizing, and championing change. Support people development through roleplay, coaching, and training, while maintaining compliance, timecards, and visual merchandising standards in an on-site TUMI retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Plan and prioritize with strategic thinking, champion change, and take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines.
•Support people development by teaching training content through roleplay and coaching, monitoring store associate training, and completing quarterly goal-setting.
•Use strong written and verbal communication to build relationships, promote business goals, adapt to change, and deescalate situations calmly.
•Maintain compliance by managing personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintaining Tumi University training, and adhering to company policies and procedures; ensure visual guideline adherence and client book/event execution.
