Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Plan and prioritize with strategic thinking, champion change, and take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • •Support people development by teaching training content through roleplay and coaching, monitoring store associate training, and completing quarterly goal-setting.
  • •Use strong written and verbal communication to build relationships, promote business goals, adapt to change, and deescalate situations calmly.
  • •Maintain compliance by managing personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintaining Tumi University training, and adhering to company policies and procedures; ensure visual guideline adherence and client book/event execution.

  • •Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market, with proven success meeting sales goals and KPI’s.
  • •Demonstrate strong time management and be able to lead by example with integrity.
  • •Provide flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
  • •Be physically able to support retail duties, including standing, moving around the store, and lifting/pushing boxes up to 30 pounds and using a ladder.
