Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partners.
  • •Drive partner success through adoption, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
  • •Support onboarding, training, and ongoing partner enablement.
  • •Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (in partnership with BDMs)

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in account management, customer success, or partner management (approx. 2–4 years).
  • •Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
