•Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partners.
•Drive partner success through adoption, engagement, and retention strategies.
•Coordinate and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
•Support onboarding, training, and ongoing partner enablement.
•Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (in partnership with BDMs)

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in account management, customer success, or partner management (approx. 2–4 years).
•Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Comfortable balancing client-facing activity with administrative responsibilities.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
