Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and support electronic assembly equipment per approved work instructions, safety requirements, process settings, and production schedules.
  • •Perform equipment setup, changeover, startup checks, shutdown, cleaning, material loading, and basic program/recipe selection.
  • •Support SMT and related processes including solder paste printing, SPI, component placement, reflow, AOI, selective/wave soldering, depaneling, inspection, test, and rework.
  • •Monitor equipment/process conditions, identify alarms/defects/jams/wear/abnormal sounds or leaks, respond to Andon escalations, and restore equipment to standard condition within training/authorization.
  • •Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, conveyor/feeder, fixture/tooling, and basic control-system issues; document work, parts used, and equipment/production data.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree, technical diploma, apprenticeship, or certificate in electronics/electromechanical/industrial maintenance/manufacturing technology (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Typically 2+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing, electronics assembly, equipment maintenance, or a similar technical production environment.
  • •Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, sensor, and control-system fundamentals.
  • •Ability to read and follow work instructions, equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
  • •Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, multimeters, gauges, microscopes, and other approved diagnostic/inspection equipment.
