Engineering Manager, International Expansion

Lead an international expansion engineering team to launch Robinhood products globally, including Robinhood Crypto in new regions. Drive architecture, execution, and engineering best practices for high-availability, high-performance, and secure backend services and localized experiences. Partner with product, compliance, design, and other engineering leads to deliver initiatives on schedule, manage hiring and growth of engineers, and shape reusable systems that make future launches faster and safer.
