Job Summary

Lead consultative engagements that translate customer organizational goals into workforce development strategies. Conduct skills gap analysis, design training roadmaps aligned to customer capabilities and business objectives, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with Esri Business Development and cross-functional teams to shape solutions and communicate the value of training to internal and external stakeholders, supporting customers across every level of their organizations.

•Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customer organizations to understand mission, priorities, and desired outcomes.

•Design and propose workforce development roadmaps aligned to customer skill gaps, strategic objectives, and business goals.
•Identify business development opportunities within existing customer bases through ongoing consultative engagement and discovery.

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
